Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board conducts the TNTET exam each year to recruit candidates who are eligible for the position of teacher in Tamil Nadu. There are two papers with two different syllabus and eligibility criteria. Paper I is for candidates who wish to be a teacher for the primary class students while Paper II is for those who wish to teach the upper primary class students.
